Account Executive – West Sussex – Salary £55,000 + Benefits
KEY OUTPUTS
- Primary point of contact for designated portfolio of clients, to develop and maintain long-term relationships
- Undertake periodic risk and cover review meetings with clients and establishing demands and needs
- Lead renewal negotiations – liaising with client, internal broker and insurer when required
- New business prospecting and acquisition, via own generated leads or referral
- Identifying cross/upselling opportunities
- Liaison with internal brokers working on the same client to ensure consistent, high levels of client service achieved
- Involvement with credit control activity when required
- To attend claim meetings/periodic client surveys as required
- Collaborate with colleagues on joint marketing exercises as required
- Pro-active time management to service multiple clients/tasks concurrently, observing and meeting deadlines
- Feedback market intelligence, with particular emphasis on the marine market
- Ensure familiarity of internal systems and procedures to ensure compliance at all times
