• Fantastic opportunity for a commercial confident Handler/ Technician to move into this well-respected team with a very interesting role dealing with clients from the Media & Entertainment industry. Will include working on production specific policies and handling a book of media clients
• Candidates must have a solid understanding of Commercial products and experience of account handling.
• Interest or experience in Media & Entertainment would be advantageous
• Acturis experience ideal

Key Responsibilities:

• Work efficiently on achieving targets for retention, new business and cross selling
• Deal with general enquiries from clients, including new business, mid-term renewals and retention, providing the best Customer Service at all times
• Manage policy renewals effectively and with accuracy
• Draft reports professionally and chase clients for information
• Provide support to the Management Team
