Key Responsibilities:

• To manage insurance claims from beginning through to settlement;
• Undertaking a range of loss adjusting activities;
• Investigate potentially fraudulent claims;
• Support the Cargo Claims department in the efficient and effective running of the department.

Key Experience:

• Minimum of two years’ experience of handling claims from beginning to settlement
• Good understanding of insurance claims and relevant legal/regulatory framework
• Experience of marine insurance claims
• Good organisational and numerate skills
• Good Knowledge of suite of Microsoft Office packages
• Able to integrate within a team and able to work on your own initiative
• Friendly and helpful approach
