What is involved?

Handling all types of commercial insurance including Commercial Combined, Shop, Office, Liability, Motor Fleet, Professional Indemnity, Restaurant, Motor Trade etc

• Dealing with existing clients on all incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
• Handling of adjustments / claims applicable to the relevant policy
• Deal with incoming post and emails
• Liaising with insurance companies when applicable.
• Market and invite Renewals
• Deal with incoming calls for prospective new business enquiries and providing quotations including visiting potential new clients.
• Daily diary follow up and action as necessary
• Part CII qualification required
