Customer Service Advisor – Hampshire – Salary £18,000

What you will be expected to do:

  • Calculation & preparation of renewal terms
  • Issue & administration of renewal invitations
  • Renewal review retention calls
  • Revision & Adjustment of renewal terms
  • Mid term adjustment documentation administration
  • Mid-term adjustment calculation

Our client is looking for a candidate with the following –

*Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
