Due to our clients continued success and ambitious plans for further growth, we are assisting them in finding a Commercially aware Account Executive with proven New Business Development experience.
You will be managing your own portfolio of accounts whilst maximising client retention and enhancing revenue streams from the leads provided to you.

Focuses strongly on their quality of service to maintain longstanding relationships in the Commercial Insurance Markets
They have several major new acquisitions going through in the South East of England
The Role:-
The majority of your time will be spent in front of prospects and clients, understanding their insurance programme and forming strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to present structured proposals to win their business.
Own client business retention by efficient / prompt handling of all matters
Proactive development of new business streams from referrals and recommendations.
Using diverse marketing strategies to win new business across all areas of Commercial Insurance
The ideal candidate
- CII Qualified
- General Commercial Insurance knowledge and experience, ideally from a similar role within
- Commercial Insurance Broking
- High level of ambition and drive
- Ability to generate new business
- Sales orientated
- Ability to generate new business and build a successful pipeline
- Exceptional customer focus with great relationship building skills
